On his journey through Asia, Radek Novák made a stop in Japan, where he not only met with our customers but also took the time to explore the local culture and, of course, try something new! And among the delicacies he tasted, there was one Japanese classic – mochi!
🍃 He tried yomogi daifuku – a soft, chewy rice cake flavored with Japanese mugwort (yomogi), giving it a distinct green color and a mild herbal taste. Inside? Sweet red bean paste (anko) – a combination that might seem unusual at first but actually works surprisingly well.
🤝 Besides discovering the local cuisine, Radek had a packed schedule. He visited our valued Japanese customers and partners, discussing how our precision measurement solutions can support their work in fuel cells, batteries, and electrolyzers. Japan is a global leader in hydrogen technology, so there was plenty to talk about!
