DCDC-H family

DCDC-H Family is a modular solution for power DC/DC conversion developed specifically to address wide ranges of varying key parameters of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer applications. This solution is based on standard industrial DC/DC converters. Thanks to our specially designed control electronics, standard converters can be connected in series or in parallel, even if they do not provide such functionality by themselves. Using our control circuitry, we can connect more converters together and achieve higher power, current or voltage.

DCDC-H converters are ideal for application prototypes, small series, training projects, etc., because it is a solution with short delivery time. For efficient custom solutions for mass production, we offer our R&D services.

APPLICATIONS

  • Fuel-cell stack output power conversion for application power (e.g. fixed 24 V or 48 V output)
  • Ballance of plant (BoP) power supply
  • Pre-convertors for 3rd-party industrial converters and inverters that have improper input voltage range for direct connection to fuel-cell stacks
  • Example: 5kW H2FC stack (72...114 V) → DCDC-H converter (output 48 V) → inverter 48 VDC / 230 VAC
